Have your business name, important wording or facts, preferred colors, and logo ready. The form asks additional questions for your product: slide topics for a presentation, or quantities and prices for an estimate.

Upload your original logo with your order. Saved Brand reuses your business text, colors and style. Uploading a logo does not mean it has already been placed into a design; placement must be checked in the finished proof.

Your confirmed scope lists the exact files. Graphics may include PNG and JPEG; documents DOCX and PDF; presentations PPTX and PDF; estimates XLSX and PDF; web work HTML, CSS, and ZIP. Formats depend on the product.

Where included, the editable source is delivered with the exports. PPTX edits slides, DOCX edits documents, XLSX edits calculations, and SVG can edit vector text and shapes. PNG and JPEG are flattened images. Check the source format before confirming.

The vector deliverable must contain editable paths, text, or shapes. Putting a PNG inside an SVG does not make the picture vector. Complex illustrations may require a different production method.

No. Printing needs the correct physical size, resolution, and any bleed or color requirements from your printer. Tell us you need print output during intake and provide those requirements.

Approved files appear in your private Order Center. Download them individually or as a ZIP. Earlier approved versions remain available during revisions. Keep a local backup of your final files.

Open the delivered order and describe the changes together in one revision request. State the wording, color, or placement you want changed so the next version is clear.

Products from $5–$15 include two revision rounds. Products priced at $20 or more, including custom website packages from $25–$50, include three. Production errors are corrected free. Additional scope receives a separate quote before paid work begins.

Clock starts when we have your words and files. If we miss the usual window, we message you the same day with a new time.

Yes. A LUNAYMAS team member checks the work before delivery. Automated tools may support production, but a person approves release.

No. Video production is outside the current LUNAYMAS product catalog.

Music and jingles are handled personally by the LUNAYMAS team. All categories are fulfilled by people using appropriate production tools.

The approved delivery includes the applicable commercial-use notice and any asset restrictions. Check those terms with your order. An editable file or AI-generated image does not by itself establish exclusive rights.

Yes. Fixed-price products accept secure Stripe payment after you approve the order summary.
